I don't recommend ever downloading Karaoke music over the internet because of the following reasons.
1. It is stealing and last I checked that was illegal and immoral.
2. ASCAP make many unannounced visits to Karaoke bars to check for illegal usage. They will catch up with you eventually.
3. The quality of these files are usually very problematic.
a.) Pixelation is so bad that word on the singers screen can't be read. Once a bad pixel shows up on a karaoke cd it doesn't disappear. Additional bad pixel just keep accumulating resulting in a totally unreadable screen.
b.) Music can just stop playing in the middle of the song because the song wasn't ripped correctly.
c.) Music can just start screeching half way through a song (blown speakers anyone?).
